ENGINEERING & DESIGN SERVICES – GLASS AND SAPPHIRE
Rayotek Scientific Inc., offers an array of specialized engineering and design services in glass and sapphire technologies. Our staff is comprised of the finest team of experts in the fields of material science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and composite structure engineering. We also have onsite experts in simulations and a resident master optician.
Our full-service capabilities allow for a smooth progression through all phases of product development: from concept development and material selection, to prototyping, manufacturing, testing and packaging. To determine functionality and safety, system designs are modeled and simulated on FEA software to verify performance requirements in varying conditions. Once modeled and simulated, prototypes can be made and tested, sometimes to destruction, analyzed, and improved upon where necessary.
Our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility is equipped to perform a range of specialized testing protocols including: ultra-high vacuum leak testing (real and virtual), aerospace and space proof pressure testing, and high pressure testing up to 100,000psi.
At Rayotek we are continually investigating and developing technologies to better serve our customers' evolving needs. We welcome the opportunity to work on creative solutions for your unique applications.
